AdBlue/DEF high flow dispenser with supply control

Customer request:
The customer wants a solution for filling AdBlue/DEF into tankers by pre-selection. The Adblue/DEF plant has a tank. From this tank, the preset quantity is to be transferred to the tank of a truck. The required flow rate is 700 l/min using 3" pipes. All deliveries made must be stored in the customer's own software with the number of the tanker truck to which it has been delivered.

Solution provided:
Supply skyd consisting of:

• Bedplate and different elements in stainless steel
• Loading and unloading ports with 3" Camlock connectors
• Stainless steel Y pre-filter
• Stainless steel centrifugal pump of 700 l/min
• 3" high accuracy mass flow meter
• Double shut-off solenoid valve to prevent water hammer and to shut off the supply at the exact preset quantity
• Control console with alphanumeric keypad to identify the operator and the tank number being supplied.

The control panel transmits all deliveries made to a cloud software www.dieselplus.net.
Using an API, all data requested by the customer is automatically transferred to the customer's ERP software.
