Additive dispenser

Customer's request:
Equipment to inject additive into fuel tanks and maintain traceability.

Solution provided:
Equipment incorporating a GK-7Plus console with dedicated firmware to perform the additive injection function. The electronic console configures the percentage of additive to be injected according to the volume supplied.
The operator simply enters the amount of fuel to be unloaded and the additive injector injects the appropriate percentage of mixture. This prevents the operator from tampering with the additive and avoids errors in calculating the amount to be injected.
The additive injections made are stored in cloud software, so there is full traceability of the times the additive was injected, the total amount injected and the operator who carried out the operation.
