Fuel Treatment System with pump and hose-reels

Customer's request:
Company that performs the service of cyclic filtration, in tanks for generators in ‘data centre’, to remove solid impurities, the presence of water and prevent the growth of bacteria.
The customer has difficulties in accessing the exact location of the fuel tanks. He needs equipment that is mobile and with reels to reach the tank.

Solution provided:

• Equipment mounted on a metal platform with two fixed and two mobile wheels.
• 2 hose reels with 20 metres of 1.5 inch hose, for the outward and return journeys.
• Transfer pump at 150 lpm
• 3 FG-300 filter units. First filter of 50 micron, second filter of 15 micron water absorbent. Final filter of 5 micron water absorbent.
• Time programmer to filter cyclically at programmed times or manually.

With this equipment and carrying out constant filtration, we ensure the maximum quality of the fuel, without the presence of water or solid impurities, ensuring that the fuel can generate possible breakdowns to the electric generator of the data centre.
